We respect that complete privacy is expected.  All orders will be dispatched in discreet, plain packaging, displaying only the return address. Under no circumstances do we disclose your details to any third party.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene reasons, personal products, including vibrators, oils and creams cannot be returned once opened unless the product is found to be faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described.

If you are not happy with your item you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt.  We will refund the purchase price, excluding postage costs, providing the item is returned complete. (See Below)

Goods returned for exchange must be in the condition you received them (See Below). This offer applies for 28 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights.

In the rare event you have a faulty item, please return within 7 days for an exchange to the address below.

Notes on all Returns:

All items returned to us must be unused and have all seals and tags intact.  If you have used the item, disposed of original packaging, broken seals or removed any tags then you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Please enclose the Invoice slip included with your order giving full details of the reason for the return.  Please retain all proof of postage.

Please note when returning goods postage will not be refunded.  On orders with free postage, outgoing postage & packing costs will be deducted from refund unless the item is found to be faulty.

When returning goods we recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

Your order will be processed immediately, Monday to Friday, and will normally be despatched within 24 - 48 hrs.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, you will be contacted with the expected delivery date along with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All prices include Royal Mail 1st class postage and packing

While we strive to deliver your items as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to arrive in time due to forces beyond our control, such as postal error.

We always obtain proof of posting.  If your item is lost in the mail due to no fault of our own and you have not elected to use Recorded or Special Delivery then we will replace the item once all relevant forms and claims are sorted but we cannot offer you a refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro) via Paypal. Paypal Secure servers offer you the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. Your credit/debit card statement will show a charge to "Paypal".
